Single-Ply

Single-Ply consists of one or multiple layers of insulation, a membrane, adhesive, and flashings. This form of roofing is particularly popular due to its lightweight, being ideal for new or archaic buildings. Single ply roof systems provide strength, flexibility, and long-lasting durability!

The three most common types are TPO, EPDM, and PVC.

TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin):​

  • Environmentally Friendly

  • Produces no Chemicals

  • Has a variety of sizes

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer):

  • Resistant to UV radiation and ozone 

  • Proven to last over 30 Years

  • Minimal Maintenance

  • Expands and contracts with the building

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride):

  • Resistance to punctures, tears, and other forms of damage

  • Specifically suited for roofs that exposed to an abundance of oils, grease, and other various fuels.

  • Ideal within areas of acid rain or other forms acidic stream may be an issue

  • Capability to resist various chemical effluents
